Green house villas apartment homes These people are liars, once they get you to sign a lease they longer care what happens to you katy, Texas
i live in the Green house Villas Apsartment homes and these people that run this property are liars. From a distance these apartments seem like a nice place to live but reality of the situation is that there are things going on this property that they do not acknowledge or try to prevent. Once you sign a lease they don't care what happens to you. i had to leave with my husband and children yesterday in fear of saftey for my family because there was a massive gang fight right outside of our building and then was all over the property.
we tried to call the office but they would not return our phone calls and there was nothing done about it. We have been living here for 2 years now and in that time, someone has been shot and killed on the property, regular gang fights, destruction of private property, threats and a long list of other problems. This property says they provide security but we never see them and they will not gve us a number to call them if needed.
They lied to us about alot of things to get us to sign the lease and once we did, they did not care what happen to us after that. There are numerous reports that have been filed against the property with the sherrif's department and the management is terrible. They do not do what they say they will nor do they return phone calls respond to any complaints or service orders.
I am tired of these people getting away with charging such high rents for these places when it is no better than living in a poverty stricten neighborhood with gangs and violence all around. before leaving yesterday we were able to speak with some of the other residents on our street and they have all agreed to be witnesses for us in our efforts to get removed from this property leaglly and not having out our credit destroyed. Someone needs to get the word out about this situation . It is like living in h*ll on that property!
