I found this website on one of the local websites here in saudi arabia where it says that  "We are a United States of America based Auto Exporter. You may email us to obtain local numbers for Fahim or call us direct. I contacted a guy name Michael G. lampros as he is the sales guy there. we exchanged phone numbers and he called me and explained exactly what will happen and how will this transaction will be processed as he seemed convincing as the process is i pay 30% of the total value of the car and when the car arrives, i pay the 70%. I did that and i wired transfered the money to him on Nov. 2009 to his bank account and gave me a date as to when will the car arrive and also sent me a bill of lading after i insisted  which seemed suspecious somehow. waited for the car on the given date, and then an email comes from one of the guys name gregg who is handling shipping that there were 14 cars on the ship and 4 of them fell of the ship inside the container which resulted in damaging the cars and my car was one of them. anyways, we exchanged emails with gregg, michael and a guy name william cox as he is the man behind the operations and at the end we agreed that the insurance money will be refunded on the 3rd of march. but i get an email after that saying that michael has been in an accedient and his legs are broken. i called him but no answer, emailed gregg with no reply and then also i get an email two days ago from michael saying that he is recovering from the accident and he will start working on the relocation of the damaged car and so on.

I've ordered two cars paid the 30% and i am calling those people to give me an answer for the where abouts of the car second but no one is replying.

of course lots of things happened as well but did not notice that this is probably a scam took the 30% and off you go!

i have all their contact info, emails, even bank account no. and kept the emails for further references.

I am guessing that this is a scam and those three guys are one guy but i always give the benefit of the doubt.

more detalis can be given upon request.

after a huge struggle with Michael to get the track no. for the certified check of the refund as he promised, i finally got the mail. i went to post office so happy saying to my self wow those people are really legit. i open up the document and there was the check. a shocking moment of disappointment. first the check was a personal check and not a certified check. the check was withdrawn from his personal account with his hand writing.

and the other shocking disappointment was, my refund was supposed to be a total of $3,900 for one car i ordered. but it turned out to be a $38 only :) which made me really laugh. i looked at the postage, the postage cost him $29 for a check worth $38 what an ironic thing :)

anyways, i sent him an email telling him that he was so funny etc. he replied back telling me what m i talking about. as if he does not know what is in the check although when asked him by email prior receiving the check what was the amount he told me 38. so i asked him 38 what? 3800 or 38? he never replied.

after that, i contacted my lawyer and gave him all the details and the emails and the documents for the shipments as evidence to take him to court. his response was to my lawyer as follows: ohhh i know that was a dimple mistake we will resend him another check with the difference and he will contact either me or my lawyer for the track no.

he sends me an email telling me that was an error :) and next time if we can solve issues before taking it to lawyers. what a joke.

i sent him a clear email telling him that if i don't get my whole amount which is $11,817 by Monday 04-12-10, i will continue my law suit against him and will take him to court.

that is the whole story.

to summarize the story, Michael is a FRAUD and a CROCK and he committed an internet fraud.

also he deleted the www.greenmountainenterprise.net and created a new website called www.coxinternationalexports.com with the same format with the same contacts. COX is MICHAEL is GREGG is FAHIM. one person committing identity theft.

this crock has to be stopped. I reside out of the US and things will take time to take actions but sooner or later action will be taken and he will be stopped.

another victim was scammed an amount of $26,700. and he is trying as well to get his money back. I will include him in my case as i know the guy.

also another victim was scammed an amount of 3,900. but the shocking thing is that Michael and cox sent him a check of 1,300 give or take. but this guy never cashed the check as he was given a date to receive the car last week. i have not spoken to him yet. but i will contact him these days and update the report. as he promised me to send a copy of the check. if he does not, i assume he is part of this whole scam. and where i am, i can get things done fast.

I contacted this client, as he was upset and was not responded to in an acceptable manner to him, he decided to post this report. As we sell over 60 vehicles and have double this in client responses daily. As we did provide him with email updates 2 days prior to this report he posted, we felt he was kept in the loop. We ship all vehicles in our name until they arrive, we only ask for a small deposit which covers shipping and margin, the client is allowed to view the vehicle "prior" to completing the transaction and if he is dis-satisfied in any way, he can refuse the vehicle and can receive a refund or replacement vehicle at no additional expenses. We cannot not be held responsible for damages in transit, but do carry insurance to cover such losses. Damage, loss and some disatification is expected, and we strive to assist the client in all ways possible.

We feel this client has been addressed and satisfied. We also feel that posting such an issue over no calls or emails in a 2 day period is excessive and undeserved as we can provide numerous referances of satified clients and if there was an issue we do have a local Saudi representative that can be contacted. This posting is in error and as stated in the clients own update was in error to post because he was worried he did not get a call back immediatly. If he was our only client, we would just have all day to assist him, as he is not our only client, we feel updating our active client list every other day or within 48 hours is more than acceptable given the fact he can contact the Saudi liaison at any time doing his time, which is 8 hours differance.

We value all our clients and stive for complete client satisifaction, we have processes in place to ensure this, and in case of issues we follow these processes.

Thank you

here is an update:

Michael Lampros called me and apologized for everything as it was a misunderstanding and things did not go as he wished. as he was away from work and now that he is  back on track, he told me that things will be just fine.

it seems that michael is a sincere guy and he is fighting so hard to do business and make his business succeed and i admire and respect that.

here is what he told me, he found a replacement for my damaged car due to the container issues, and he will ship it along with the other car ordered.

Michael seems been doing lots of business with this region and no complaint against him so far. but over all, such misunderstanding happens and everything can be fixed and I honestly somehow, got worried because of no email replies and phone calls.

i will be waiting for the refund and also waiting for the other car along with the documents and keep everyone posted.
