Green Rain Vendors Beware! Arlington Texas
I got a call from Calvin to my business asking for computer help. My business partner and I met with this gentleman several times regarding a network he wanted to have done for his business. On our initial visit, we did some software extraction from a network for him. We went to lunch afterwards and he made a verbal authorization for us to order him a $600 network.
A few days later, Calvin called us and changed his mind. He wanted to save money and to try and convert an exsisting computer he had into a network. So he canceled the network costing us a 15% restocking fee. We then ordered him a copy of windows 2003 server.
Later, he called an canceled his order for windows 2003 server, causing us another 15% restocking fee from our vendor. After visiting their residence and seeing exactly what Calvin wanted to do, we declined on doing the job. Calvin asked for all of his money back and since we were paid $170 for the software, we got a refund from our vendor minus the restocking fee and kept the balance for our labor.
They have called our merchant to file a chargeback. This is a deadbeat company who will screw you over. If you do business with them, require 100% of money upfront and don't allow them to pay by credit card. If you need a pest service in Fort Worth, call Blue Diamond. They are reliable and do what they say they will!

This company never gave us a invoice nor did they come out when they where supossed to we have emails of there lies. Article-2 We found Geek Brothers off craigslist a refferal from a friend who said that they was a great company. I meet with matt and another worker and talked about doing some computer work. Ibought there lunch at Dickeys. We talked about servers and we talked about doing the job cheap as possible!!!!! They agreed. Matt was hard to get ahold of we had a appointment for a Saturday he called and said his brother was sick and he couldnt do any work so we canceled a work day to be pushed to the side we paid 170.00 they charged 340.00 he said on accident. Matt said that they will return all the money but didnt do that. We own a company we give free bids and thats is what we thought we was going to get until work was done this guy said we had to pay up front that he couldnt afford to do the work before he was paid so i released 170.00 they charge 340 ofcourse and never had intention to pay us back. This company is a Craiglist nightmare very unproffesional and is full of crap.
