Green Speed, Inc. Contracts mean nothing, No interest in meeting deadlines, Worst Experience Ever, Not worth the money Grand Junction, Colorado
David Anthony, the owner of the company, entered into a construction agreement with our non-profit organization for a remodel of our teen center. Towards the end of the project there were a couple of requests from the Executive Director of our organization that were asked of Green Speed, David and his subs went ahead and performed the work with out providing us with an estimate or a change request (which was specified that NO work will commence with out the change request) and then sent us a bill that was above and beyond what it should have cost to perform the work. We paid David in full for the contract value, and this was not good enough for him so he went ahead and filed a lein on the property. Because of this our landlord will no longer contribute the donation to our teen center thus now putting the organization in extreme hardships and may be forced to close. In addition to the lack of contractual agreement following this company never the construction met one deadline he laid out. They have now been paid, in full, and the job still is not complete. Worst experience I have ever had to deal with a contractor.
