Green Tree Corp 7 years-Rip Off St Paul Minnesota
We purchased a manufactured home which was financed with Green Point Corp we were not informed that this company was selling to Green Tree Corp until after the fact. We have been paying on a mortage for 7 years. We paid 42,000 and today we owe 34,000. You do the math. We do not own the land our home is placed on, but we have ask for a payoff and we are told different prices every time. We cannot find a company that will finance the home for us.
We have been offered different prices for the home but Green Tree will not take the offers. They say they can not do that. With the market the way it is you would think that they would help people but they do not. We had to relocate because of my husbands job. So now we are making the payments for 2 places and we are about to let the manufactured home go back to Green Tree because we can not continue to pay for both homes. Someone please help.
