Similar to you, I spoke to 3 representative and three managers. Although I did everything they asked, they refused to credit my account. It finally took 5 hours of phone calls and a line to corporate to finally do it. Even though they said "this is the only time we will do this for you". One rep told me same day credit, the next 3-5 days, the next 2 days, the next 11 days. One manager said "when we get the fax from the creditor authorizing us to release the funds, I will manually refund your account". Well the fax showed up and he never refunded my account. They are a sham, a terrible company and I will make sure anyone who even mentions the name will think otherwise before using their services.
