As a former employee of Green Dot, I'm not surprised at what happened. Their system is very delicate and everything seems to be an exception, an anomaly or a random occurrence that they have to patch. You are one of the unlucky ones that did not get two *refunds* in the same day. I'm not only a former Green Dot employee, I'm a former Green Dot customer.
