This has been one of the worst experiences I have ever had. On May 17th, 2016 I purchased two GreenDot credit cards for cash. Each card was $429.95 at my local Casey's General Store. One card worked while the other was an invalid card. After many phone calls, two case #'s and the customer support losing my emails for proof of purchase after telling they confirmed receipt I still do not have my $429.95 for the second card. I lost it today when another customer service agent from GreenDot told me the last case was closed and I had to start another. This was after she tried to tell me my check was sent on May 31st at the beginning of the phone call. HOW CAN A COMPANY WHOSE SPECIALTY IS SELLING CREDIT CARDS HAVE SO LITTLE INTEGRITY!? When I asked to speak to a supervisor every time but one. a supervisor could not be found? I have written notes from my experience. My receipts when I purchased the cards, they have copies of those receipts. I suffer from anxiety and this has caused unmeasureable amounts of stress, late fees for other bills and still no one at GREENDOT cares. Against a big company like this is there any justice for a person who has done all the right things, provided the proof they need and yet no one from GREENDOT will step up and make this right! How do you close the case with customer service when there was no resolution? How can a company like this have the ability to get the licensing to manage money when they can't perform the simplest of customer service support? They don't call back and follow up. They don't care if they have what is a sizable amount of your money and have cause a real hardship on you "their customer".

SHAME ON STEVE HARVEY FOR SUPPORTING A COMPANY LIKE THIS!!! Shame on all who work for this company. Shame on their management and investors. Tomorrow I am contacting a lawyer to see what legal rights I have and how much it will cost me to get my money back! I have stressed out so much about this and I know there are others who have stressed as I have. Yet, they are allowed to continue taking money from people. SHAME, SHAME, SHAME!!!!

This is a financial institution?  Really?  That big companies like Walmart support?  Sam Walton, rip, we need consumer support here from your company and others like Casey's General Store to step up and defend their customers.  How can they maintain a license or conduct business in a country like the USA?  Is this what we are coming to?  You'd think things like this only happen in third world dictatorships or anarchy. 

Disgusting, revolting, repulsive, sickening, nauseating, horrible.  I am sure there are Managers, Leaders and Chief Executives that are getting stinking rich at this company and deserved to be kaned in public for running a business like this. 

Fool me once....don't let this company take your money.  I hope you investigate first and the their management, sponsors and CEO's lose their butts on this businessl.  Unforetuneately, I believe they all sit and laugh at people who really work for a living.  Who need and depend on that money they are ripping off from us!

Yes they suck... I had my card for many many years and never had a issue with them till all of a sudden they banned my card from being used. I called them and they told me I could never use their cards again with my name on it all because I own my Business and bought content that they didnt approve of.... and they would NOT refund the money that was left on my card. Then my husband got a card and had his tax refund put on it and they denied it cause they ONLY have a 1000.00 limit which we did not know and now we are fighting them to send the money back to the IRS so we can get our money which has been since April...
