I sent an email to Angela Martin at Greenfield & she was quite helpful, apologized for the matter not having been handled properly or credited. My account now reflects a PROJECT OPEN status for the Jobs Study survey. She said when the project is officially "closed" then my account will then reflect the monetary amt due for that survey. Then I may request that amt be paid. She was very nice/corgial & I had even included ALL the 3 prior emails I had sent their help desk initially. Soooo, for now I have no complaints concerning Greenfield. Angela Martin took the time to investigate; she cared.
