Greenfield Online They owe me $15 for surveys I completed over 8 months ago ripoff Wilton Connecticut
I took two surveys and was promised a guaranteed $15 incentive, $10 for one survey and $5 for the other. It's been over 8 months now and they have fulfilled my request for an incentive check.
I filed a complaint with the BBB regarding this matter as well. They sent a response promising me they'd pay me. They have not paid up. Someone wrote me to follow up whether or not I received the check and when I replied to that person to tell them I had not received it, the email addressed bounced back. They claim to have mailed the long overdue check in November, but I haven't received it, and I've received international Christmas packages from family abroad, international packages, regular mail third class have all arrived within two weeks of mailing, and check coming from CT hasn't reached Bronx, NY yet???
They want you to take their surveys on their deadline, yet seem to have no problems with not sending your check. Consumer beware, don't spend time taking surveys they have no intention of paying you for.
