Greenleaf Legal - Greenleaf Modify - Us homeowners relief fraud on loan modification Irvine, California
Basically, I gave this company about $3,500 and they were supposed to negoitate with my mortgage lenders to modify my home loan. The commerical I saw said they could get 1% fixed loans. The rep acted like they could get 3-4% after reviewing my application.
I sent the money and all they basically did was forward my paperwork to my lenders. I kept asking for a status of my modification and there basically wasn't one! They do nothing after turning in the paperwork.
I kept insisting that they told me their legal team was supposed to negotiate for this modification. After 3 months or hearing nothing, they changed their name, quit answering the phone, and rejected all emails.
I am trying to investigate my options for a refund or a legal action against them.

Beware! Do not turn to greenleaf,ushomeownersrelief,way point,now American lending review.It all sounds great but hold on to your hat!They Stacy Clayton ex.298 Michelle ex.220 did nothing but help collect the fee's for $2950 to give us misleading information and for "what" to speak with five diff. reps cause they were no longer with the company imagine that the right hand didnt know what the left hand was doing,and NO returned phone calls.After five mo. it was time to close the door and open a new one by our Attorney representing us asking for a refund! What a shame to support a "BAD HABIT" I wish all the people who donated to these scammers could afford legal action like we will continue to do as needed, let alone keep our home! Even on the front page of this website it says, DONT pay up front for loan modifications.
