Greentree, conseco fraudulentbilling! Harrasment! Verbal abuse of minors! Threats! St.Paul Minnesota
We have been making payments to greentree/conseco for 4 years now and have had nothing but trouble and misery with this CO.. They have completely sickened our entire family with their tactics.
We had to stop paying check by phone because they would rerun the checks through the bank with wrong amounts and on other dates than were agreed upon. Therefore causing overdraft charges and hot check fees for other checks that had been written for other bills. They reimbursed us for part but eventually we lost both checking accounts that we had.
They took us to court to forclose in 2003 and the case was dismissed because they were in default but they tagged theyre legal fees to the end of our account even though we won. Now, they are trying to forclose on us again because they took our house pmt.,ins.pmt. to put toward the misc.charges on our note instead of where they were supposed to go. They are trying to say that we are behind on our house pmt. more than 28 days and
sent us a card to vacate our home within 10 days for being behind 255.00 more than 28 days, Which would not be that way if they had applied the money correctly.
