We purchased our home in 1995 and from the start we have had nothing but hell from Greentree. We have made our payment on time that doesn't matter to them they still call us. Then in 2002 due to medical reason I had to quit working. We called Greentree and explained to them that our financial sitution had changed and could we make arrangement to change our due date. It was like we ask them for all the money in the federal mint.

We received call telling us that they were going to come and get our home. We had to get a lawyer to fill a complaint against to stop them from calling our work, which they claim they never received. When I finally received my disabiliy I paid Greentree 6 months in advance in payment. Boy what was I thinking! They still

called that we were behind.

We have been called everything in the book by their employees. The mental stress that Greentree has cause us is beyond believe. These people need to be invisitaged by the Federal Housing and LoanCommission. Their harnassing calls, rude a*s behavior towards the consumers , the neglet of the consumer account, and never having the same person handling your account for more than a few months is just plain d**n crazy.

If there was anyway that we could afford to pay off this loan we would and let Greentree where to go. We are just tried for their harnessment for the past 13 years and no matter what we do they keep on and on. Greentree needs to stopped. There is no telling how many families they have left homeless.
