Greenview Holding Inc. WATCH OUT FOR BOGUS GRANT WINNINGS!!!! stating I had won a grant for home improvements in the amount of $39,000! All I had to do was call and verify my claim number and choose one of three options New York New York
I received a letter in the mail with no return address or postmark on the envelope. Inside was a letter stating I had won a grant for home improvements in the amount of $39,000! All I had to do was call and verify my claim number and choose one of three options: Take the total $39,000 and pay taxes out of my own money, or take $37,050 and let them take $1950 out in taxes, or lastly say NO THANKS and the money goes to charity.
Also, inside this letter was a cashiers check from Summit Bank for the amount of $3950 to be taken from the total $39,000, as a good faith check. This check had all the markings of an authentic cashiers check! Everything seemed so legit until you start researching the business and the bank. The business is a house cleaning supply company out of Ohio and the bank is actually out of Chicago with a completly different phone number!
Im a police officer and did my research and was fortunate not go as far as cashing this check or calling the company before I realized it was a fraud. This website is a blessing for those of us that want others to not fall victim to the SCAM!
