I bought a 2005 Chrysler Town and Country with only 5000 miles on it. They sold me a protective package for my interior and exterior of my car for almost $600. it was suppose to be for seven years anything that got damaged it would be corrected even if it were my fault except for quimical spills which is fair. But when i went to get my van teated for the 1st time i had to leave it over the weekend. so they gave me a rental or so i thought. They did not tell me i would have to pay for the rental and then they would refund me. They told me they needed my credit card just for in case i damaged the vehicle. NOT since they didnt inform me they took more out of my account than i had and made a few items bounce and i got several fees from the bank. Did they cover the fees NO OF COUSE NOT. But that is not where it ends. I was told saturday the treatment was done. sunday i was too busy so I show up on Monday. When I get there MONDAY NO ONE KNEW WHAT i WAS TALKING ABOUT. I go outside to smoke a cigarette and i see what i think is my van. but since this is a chrysler jeep ford i assume its probably someone elses. I go back inside wait for almost 2 hours. and decided to take another cigarette break. and to my surprise i still see what i think is my van outside same spot i decided to get closer not only is it my van it was not treated and still dirty. i call the service manager outside to my vehicle and i tell him look it wasnt done. he actually touched the vehicles dirt to see if it was done. DUH if you treat the surface of a vehicle you have to clean it 1st. so if its dirty you should know it wasnt done. so i lost money to the bank and the vehicle isnt ready after a whole weekend. but it doesnt end there. I had problems with the DVD system. they dont want to fix it because it is an after market product and i told them i was not informed of it when i purchase the van after fighting with them for over a year they decided to change it for me. Again with the lies so many lies. they told me to bring my vehicle in and that the dvd repair place would come and get it on their tow truck. and to their mistake they told me the name of the company. after waiting hous again they offered me a rental which i said no to of couse i made them give me a dealer vehicle with dealer plates. so i left. the next day i went to the place they told me my vehicle would be at. and since i am nosy i asked questions. 1. the do not tow vehicles anywhere. they drove my vehicle there. (wonder about gas so do I) 2. they were suppose to replace both the screen and the dvd unit. they told them to just change the screen 3. in order for me to make them change the dvd unit i had to call them and put them on speaker for the employee to hear. i asked did you tell them to change both parts answer yes we told them to change both parts employee response they are lying i didnt even know your vehicle was coming until they brought it in the morning I told them i would not leave until they fix the problem so i can take my vehicle. on top of everything they were suppose to give me same quality as it had before. they lied again i just recently found out they gave me an out dated old dvd player that i have had to change twice already cause it died on me and made me lose two brand new dvd movies that i will not recover. So if you can STAY AWAY FROM GREENWAY for purchase and service PS. that is not all ive been thrue with them its a lot more but dont have all day to write it down so i feel for whoever has had problems with them

Willy: I am sorry you had this problem with Greenway. It doesn't surprise me. Greenway, along with Bill Heard and Cory Fairbanks have been on my list of "Dealers From a Never Cleaned Porta-Potty" for a long time. May I suggest you cultivate a relationship with a good independent shop you can trust. I mean a REAL shop, not some place from a rented storage shed or a store with "mechanics" who's last jobs were fixing french fries at Mc Donalds. Do you think you were treated poorly? Do you think they tried to scam you? Guess what? Greenway has the COMPLETE support of the Central Florida BBB! They say Greenway abides by their standards of integrity. The history of this "operation" is notable. Several years ago Macinerny Ford operated at routes 50 and 436. They ran a slew of radio commercials saying they were going out of business forever. Apparently they though radio listeners couldn't read. At the same time they had billboards announcing Greenway Ford's new location and at the bottom "formerly known as Macinerny". That's the INTEGRITY the BBB cites. Over the years Greenway has run stupid radio commercials apparently thinking everyone was so-o stupid they couldn't see thru them. Greenway said truck drivers were simply dropping off new Fords at their location because of "bad weather" etc. They said "convoys and convoys of new cars were arriving daily". (As if the truck drivers got together on the CB and said "Hey, there's a Ford dealer here, lets drop the cars here!") How many traffic tie ups on route 50 did you hear of because of the "convoys"? To ad insult to the Hispanic community, some group awarded Frank Rodriquez some award for being a Hispanic businessman to look up to! Do you believe that? If I was Hispanic, I'd be ashamed!!! Once I was there with someone who wanted to buy a Ford Focus a car with many recalls. I asked the salesman about this and he said there was only one recall for something minor! He didn't know I already knew the answer. Greenway is a place I would STAY AWAY from at ALL COSTS. You and I have the best defense against FRAUD and DECEPTION in the car business...OUR FEET. And don't now or ever expect the Central Florida BBB to help you. If John Gotti was still alive and moved here, the BBB would give him a "satisfactory" rating and tell you he abides by BBB standards of integrity...when he bought his "membership"! PS: In the Rip Off Report search engine enter "Cory Fairbanks" and read the report from a lady from Kissimmee who was victumized by the SPOT DELIVERY SCAM from Cory Fairbanks Dealership...A PROUD BBB MEMBER!!!!!
