Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

Went to the Ravens game on Saturday, August 23, 2014.  We paid the parking meter at the parking lot on 414 Light Street Lot in Baltimore the maximum price of $27 for 24 hours and placed the ticket on the dash.  This ticket is so small that it must of slid down the inside dashboard to wear it is partially covered by the wipers.  Obviously upon their drive by they didn't search the vehicle (I suppose they decided to turn a blind eye to it) and towed the car, which could have been the reason why the ticket slid in the first place.  We weren't the only victims, as we were surrounded by 6 others whose car was towed off the lot (even 2 cars were broken into).  We all placed separate calls to the company and was meant with rude, hostile employees that refused to listen to us and continually hung up on us.  One person paid for their parking on line and their license plate is registered to park there.  They even had confirmation and all they told them that it was out of there control and they had to pay the $330 cash to retrieve their car. Who has $330 dollars in their pocket? Luckily I had that much in the bank otherwise I would have been stuck in Baltimore.

Several of us shared a cab and went to the company who again meant us with rude employees who wouldn't hear our case.  I told them that I had paid for parking and the ticket is in the car.  No one would go out there to check it, but just wanted to claim they couldn't see it.  They other person who paid online was finally able to get someone to acknowledge that they did pay and for some reason their license plate reader on the tow truck wasn't working.  Total crap!  They just saw a money making opportunity and ran with it.  After paying the $330 and told them this wouldn't be the last they will hear from me, I was able to retrieve my car to only see my ticket was clearly there.  When I tried to point it out to them, they refused to come out and check.  I've never been so furious.  I will be filing a report with the Attorney General's office, Better Business Bureau and any other way to make to negatively impact their business.

After reading other compaints, it's amazing that they have been able to get away with this for so long.  Is there not any protection for the victims of this practice? If anyone is interested in doing a class action suit against this company, please let me know.  We all need to stop this kind of practice.

your story is ditto to what occured to me 10-25-14 and I have contacted a lawyer to work on this. As you said how nay people walk around with 330.00. I to was luck to have it availble but other that park in that didn't. People were in tears because they couldn't afford that steep payment.

the employee on the phone was exstremly rude and would only say they didn't see the ticket. After getting in my car and driving to be let out I to try to shoe them the ticket and they acted like they didn't even see or hear me blowing my horn for to be acknowledged.

If you have start your case against please let me know how I can help and i'll do the say.
