Greeting card studio - [email protected] The company is ignoring my request for a new registration key, when installing the program it comes up registation is invalid Internet
I brought a product called greeting card studio to make special birthday and Christmas cards for family and friends.
After reformatting my computer the program installs but the registration comes up saying its invalid. When you use the program a water mark is placed in the middle of the card, like in the trial version.
I have sent them 3 e-mails with the third one coming back (bad destination address) asking them why the registration is saying its in valid and could they please fix this, instead they choose to ignore my request.
Two of the e-mails have come back with
The following message to <[email protected]>
was undeliverable.
The reason for the problem:
5.1.0 - Unknown address error 550-'sorry, no mailbox here by that name
(#5.1.1)'
I went to there web page and e-mailed them through their link

On the 26th of September 2010
I filed a report on greeting card studio, because after reformatting my hard drive the
registration No. comes up saying its invalid.
I have heard nothing from them for they are still ignoring my e-mails, they will not do the right thing and give me a new registration key.
As far as I'm concerned this company should be warned about, they are a rip off
