Greg Miller(payday loan of America) Said that i was approved for a 1000 dollar loan.Said payments would be 150 dollars monthly for 8 months.Then Mr. Miller said credit score to low so i had to pay first monthly payment of 150 dollars so ST.Agustine, Florida
On Nov. 3rd 2012 I Natasha Hellams applied online for a payday loan,it said that it would match me with a lender.I Natasha Hellams Clicked off the computer and a couple days later on Nov 3rd I spoke with a Greg Miller at Payday loans of America he said i was approved for a loan of a 1000 dollars and that my loan payments would be150 dollar monthly for 8 months.I said ok so then he put me on hold for a few minutes came back to the phone, told me my credit score was under a 600 and i would have to pay the first loan payment in advance which was a 150 dollar, so i did. Mr. Miller said it would be a hour and half so that the payment can process so i waited.I called Mr. Miller back he said that i had a red flag on my social security number so he couldnt deposit money in to my account. Mr. Miller said send 200 dollars and he could get it off and i said no so he said i could pay him 100 dollars and he could western union it,i told him no what he was saying dont sound right.I ask for my 150 dollars i sent and he told me i can only get 27 dollars of it back.This is why i am filing this complaint for my money back.Also the phone number he is using do not have an address for it and payday of america don't exist.
