aka Greg Oliver used me to write up several real estate offers for him in Nampa Idaho. He said he was a investor seeking real estate to purchase to use as lease to own properties. He showed proof of funds via Tradewind LLC as well as a fake bank preapproval letter. He then asked me to write up offers to purchase homes and asked me to show the property to a couple. The couple was contacted by him via Craigslist looking to lease to own a home. He said he could help them. I met then at several properties and they seemed very honest and sincere. After the showing I gave them my information and said to contact me if they needed anything. Kevin aka Greg called them after our showing and asked them to send money via wire transfer to him to get the lease started. He then contacted me to place the offers. I didn't have the future leasers information and was only in contact with Kevin. He never sent the earnest money check and he stole the money of the people who thought they were going to lease. Please be aware of this scam. They have filed a police report and he says he will return their money. All lies... I've since looked him up on the internet and he has done this same scam to many others. He should know that he will eventually get his payback. . Just takes one person to tell another person and another one. Better watch his back.
