I met Mr. Russell some years ago about 2004 when he was working with another security film company. I asked him to have SL14 installed on my windows. He and another french guy who I think his name is Robert or Pierre claimed to have something better. I paid a lot to have my office windows and doors glass protected. What Greg did was install a thin film that didnt even stop a small rock from breaking the windows. I lost three very expensive art pieces and a laptop. I confronted Mr. Russell and he said he gave me the best. I ask why the rock pass through. He didnt answer me back. His friend did say that Greg never guaranteed that the film installed would keep a rock out. I called another company head office and the peeled off the crap Gregs guy installed and they told me that Mr. Russell has been stealing from his supplier before he was fired and that Mr. Russell is being investigated by the RCMP for fraud. They said his partner is in Montreal doing the same thing, lying and cheating people putting up cheap safety films. I am out $11,000 because of Greg Russell. I have asked him to give me a refund and he refuses. I have contacted the Toronto Police and made a report. I would like to complain to his supplier and there is nothing on my bill of sale saying who the supplier is. What a way to deceive clients!

I would like to start by saying that I was not even in the security film business in 2004 and did not start in the industry until February of 2005. I was hired as a sales representative of ACE Security Laminates of Ottawa from Feb. 2/05 until Dec. 12/06 at which time the company had closed it doors due to bankruptcy. Myself and at least 10 other employees were owed thousands of dollars in pay and expenses which none of us have ever seen even though we sued our employer and won through the Ministry of Labour in Ontario. Regarding the claims made by Steve of Oakville I have no idea who he is or what he is talking about and I have all the sales records from my tenure at ACE. More importantly, he claims that I was fired for stealing from my supplier and that I am being investigated by the RCMP. I have never stolen from anyone nor am I being investigated by any police department let alone the RCMP. In fact, I not only have criminal clearance which is required to work in the security industry I also have clearance from the police as I volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and if there was any type of criminal record or investigation pending or otherwise I would not have been given the clearance to work with this organization. There are former owners of ACE Security Laminates who have been investigated by the RCMP but never any of the employees and certainly not me. I have been running a successful window film business on my own for over 2 years and have never had a single complaint. I take great pride in providing my customers with quality products and installations. I challenge Steve from Oakville to produce proof of what he claims especially those claims of theft and that I am being investigated by the police. These claims are quite serious and in fact are unfounded, defamatory and libellous and subject to charges. Should anyone want to contact me personally please don't hesitate to call or email me.
