I originally bid on a tanning bed through e-bay but did not win the item. I was contacted through my personal email for a "second chance offer" with the ebay logo and colors, to buy the bed for $1100.00 plus $250.00 S&H.

The person who claimed to be the seller of the bed is not the same person that offered the bed on ebay (which I did not notice until after the transaction and after doing further research). He asked for payment through Western Union. I asked him if I could pay through paypal since I already have an account. He stated the transaction would go quicker through Western Union.

Therefore, because of the cost of the Western Union wire transfer, I sent him $1300.00. He then sent me another email stating they accidentally packaged up two tanning beds and would sell me the second one to me for a discounted price of $800.00.
