Be warned Greg Wilcox aka Broken Arrow Land and Timber is a scam artist. I scouted over 100 acres with several different land owners for him and he scammed clients out of money for their timber and flat out did not pay me for my services. One individual for instance was due $4,500 for an 8.5 acre lot and he only recieved $700. He's been in Alabama for about 9 years doing this and people deserve to have the wealth of thier land protecting from cons like this.
