I gave my personal financial information to Gregory Kovsky in order to complete a transaction. However, he intentionally caused this information to be made public, despite his lawyer's statement that my financial condition was irrelevant to what he was trying to accomplish. So much for confidentiality!

No Complaint Ever Received from Robert by IBA

To the best of my knowledge, I or our legal counsel have never been contacted by a Robert regarding confidential information made public by IBA. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss this situation with Robert. IBA & myself personally have a long history of integrity and honesty in our actions. I believe this is a false filing for an alternative purpose than public disclosure. The problem with message services like Rip Off Report is that the individuals who place the report can do it under a veil of annomity without full disclosure of who is filing the accusations in the public domain of the internet. An ability to face your accuser is a basic right in America. A business and/or individual should also be given the ability to address a situation in an effort to satisfy an unhappy customer. IBA and Gregory Kovsky were never provided that opportunity in this situation. If this complaint was sincere, that opportunity should have been provided.
