greulichs auto WORST SHOP IN ARIZONA scottsdale, Arizona
I recently went into greulichs auto in scottsdale az located at 15455 n 83rd way. I dropped off my truck to get the oil changed and tires rotated. While i was sitting in the waiting room waiting for my truck i heard 4 customers come in and complain about work that was done to their vehicles. when the customers walked out I hear the district manager Bobby Prusak tell the mechanic to clear the codes and park it. This raised a red flag to me just a little. after sitting there for a few more minutes i hear him refer to another customer as a dumb c**t, mind you im a first time customer who was just waiting for an oil change. Then i was approched and was told i cant have my tires rotated because my tires were junk. I said ok can you price me a set of tires, he responded with you should probably go to discount tire. I figured ok not big deal maybe they dont do tires there. Well a few seconds later i hear this manager telling the mechanic to just leave the filter cause its an expensive one. So now im just blown away, then this manager starts yelling and swearing at someone on the phone. My truck was pulled around and the manager calls me to the counter and tells me 24.95 i paid him with my visa card and i told him to have a great day and he didnt even respond. I then left greulichs and went to walmart to get my oil changed beacuse i did not trust they did it right, and they said my oil filter was not new and they showed me the old used filter they pulled off my truck. i would never again go to greulichs if they cant be honest about an oil change then shame on them. overall this was the most unproffessional shop i have ever seen and the rudest customer service ever. i have never seen a manager little own a district manager use such horrible language in front of a customer ever in my life........
