Beware of this scammer, Ryan Harris. He is one of the various managers at Greystone Financial Group. Their website makes you think they are a full service finance company but the reality is they are nothing more than a loan modification scammer chop shop.
Ryan Harris conned me and my wife into not paying our mortgage company but paying them to help us renegotiate the terms of our loan. Ryan Harris called us multiple times a day until we gave in. My wife knew something was fishy with this guy but trusted me. Boy was I wrong and now we are about to lose our house.
Ryan Harris will not return our phone calls. Our mortgage company claims they have never heard of Greystone Financial Group and we are now 6 months behind on our payments.
Stay as far away from this company as you can. They will lie and ruin your life like they did mine and my family. I am sure Greystone Financial Group is just another name in the long list of scammer companies these people operate. Don’t be fooled by their parent company
Precise Investment Enterprises, Inc. with an A+ rating with the BBB, in fact that is just a shill company to keep their loan modification scammmers going.

Greystone Finance Group has never engaged in Loan Modification practices. Therefor, making these statements about Greystone is unequivocally FALSE. Our firm does commercial loans, business loans, and sells currency trading software. That’s it. Nothing more.
Our firm did an investigation into this matter as to why someone would write such a thing. Well for starters, Ryan Harris holds a very close resemblance to Paul Giamatti. Ryan has been a well respected and sometimes hated sales representative in Beverly Hills for over a decade. Hated because he is so talented. He worked in the loan modification industry at one time. Other sales reps at that company would tease him occasionally and call him “Paul Giamatti”. These former sales reps assumed he was still in the loan modification industry and made up a completely phony story. We were able to nail it down between 3 possible pranksters (former Ryan Harris coworkers) who use to constantly tease him at his other job.
Obvious Hints It is A Prank:
- The posting of the first picture of Actor Paul Giammati
- The posting of the second picture of Paul Giammatti as John Adams
- The “joke” about John Adams sneaking around in someone’s underwear drawer
- The author of that joke “TheHammerOfJustice”
Furthermore, our investigation showed that the reason these pranksters were able to write such a detailed account of a realistic loan modification situation is because these pranksters are in the Loan Modification industry and deal with these types of issues on a day to day basis. In fact, our investigation located their new office on Wilshire in Koreatown. Our firm has decided to respect the privacy of that organization and the three pranksters.
