Griffith Oil/ Walker, Maryland Company fill tank 3hrs AFTER i called to cancelle fill. !!! NOT Friendly co, like a car sales men!! PaNottingham, Pennsylvania
After calling this company to tell them hold off on filling my tank (wanted to check around for prices (don't even remember Griffith ever telling me the price per gallon i was going to pay), 3hrs later a truck pulled away;they filled the whole tank!!!
After calling them there defence is that they could not get in contact with there trucker to tell him to not full us, and they can't be in contact with there guys all the time (in 3hrs.... yeah ok) and they can't do anything about it after the fill. And because i called there Balto office and not there Pa office they didn't call each other to tell them i cancelled. And it's my fault that this company has bought out smaller companys (walker, lee oil) and that when you go into there web site you only get a 1-800 number. Come to find out that was not the number i should have called to cancel my service. i should have called the Pa office. After talking to the women (customer service... a joke) she sounded like a car salesmen running off at the mouth, and could not answer why after 3hrs of cancelling they still filled my tank.
I told the lady that i will make sure i spread the word about this company... so here it is.... Don't use them there are better company out there who are not all about the money (sell-outs), who actully care about there customers.
So, don't deal with the "cute Girl and her dog" logo....Griffith Oil are crooks and sellouts!!!
