I have had nothing but problems with my Chrysler Town and Country and even more of a problem with those who aren't but say they are servicing it!

We have had our vehicle into the dealership (Grogan- Telegraph Rd. in Toledo, OH) several times for things that have just gone wrong (all within our original warranty). The drivers and passenger's side windows get stuck down and it's very difficult to deal with in 15 degree weather. We have had it in the dealship 3 times for this problem- first time was just the passenger's side, the second time and third times, it was for both sides- they did not put both sides on the invoice (why I do not know), and they said that they replaced the motor for the windows- but they both still get stuck down. The rear windshield wiper was hanging at one point, so we took it in to get fixed and now it no longer hangs, but the wiper ony touches the glass on half of the rear window.

Another time we took the van in because we had a strange red dot blinking in the upper right corner of the dash, when this would blink- the car would act up, even so bad as to not shut off- with the key turned to off position and out of the ignition, they said that our key (which we only received ONE when we purchased the vehicle for over 19 THOUSAND dollars- but no one would justify getting us a second key- or even an owner's manual), this dot is still coming on and causing our van to run without keys. My husband took the vehicle into a Chrysler Dealership/Service location in Adrian, MI and we found out that this vehicle had been in that shop on several other occasions before we even owned it for ELECTRICAL MALFUNCTIONING, of course we were never informed of this at the time of purchase.

Another time I took the van in for a recall -to Yark on Central Ave. in Toledo, OH -for the airbags- and the technicians told me that all these different things were wrong with it- over $1300.00's worth of repairs such as the powersteering rack, the water pump and the breaks. They told me that my warranty would not cover any of these things, I argued over the water pump, then received a call back from the technician saying ok the water pump is covered- but you'll have to pay the $100.00 deductible- and the water pump was never changed out!

This was my first new car- and it will probably be my last! This has been a nightmare, it's a wonder the American auto industry is doing so poorly right now. My problems have never been resolved- money hard earned money stolen- and I have a payment that is out of this world- for what worry after worry, day after day- I have a 1995 Toyota Camry that has less problems and runs like a champ- and it's paid for! I'm sick and tired of being taken advantage of as a consumer. I have 3 children that get what they can from what's left after all you crooks in the world take and take and offer no apology or compensation for your substandard goods and services. What a Nightmare!
