GSA Management was constantly contacting my inlaws requesting to speak with xxxxxx and was telling them there is a warrant out for xxxxxx arrest. They also indicated a they need to get a summons to xxxxxx to appear in court.

 

We obtained the a phone #, 1-855-633-3603 from the inlaws and called to see what this was all about.  

 

I called and spoke with xxxx xxxxxxx at ext. 281 and was told a summons is needed to be served to xxxxxx regarding a debt for 2010. She could not give a month or day, just 2010. Said she was collecting for "Personal Cash Advance" a payday loan. Well I told her we never had a payday loan!

 

I'm sorry Mrs. xxxxxxx, but I'm in the pre litigations dept and have limited information I can give you. Said original loan amouunt was $160.00. These were my options: 1.) Be served the summons 2.) Make 3 payments of $250 or 3.) a one time payment of $498.13. I asked why so high since the orginal loan was only $160.00. Her response was all the fines and penalties, but I can offer you a 1 time settlement of $398.13. I told her I needed more information regarding this loan before I could pay anything.

 

Between speaking with my husband and myself the only information she could or would give is it was a payday loan from Personal Cash Advance, it occured in 2010 a routing # 2386695001 and an acct # xxxxxxxx. I continued to ask for additional information which she could or would not provide. Made me feel very skeptical and suspicious.

 

Now we had a payday loan years back (2006) and it was paid in FULL. We felt threatened so my husband so to pay $398.13 so that if we were to go to court we did not want to incur courts costs and additional fines. We/I paid $398.13 with my debit card. They then had us under a barrel.

 

I contacted our bank and the verified the routing # was not connected with the federal reserves. I am now filing a card holder claim statement for fraud with my bank so that my funds will not be collected by to them.

 

I'm so mad at myself for even beleiving this could be true. The BBB has had nothing but BAD reviews with them. After much investigation of GSA Management, I have discovered they are a fraudulent company and plan to notify anybody and everybody of this issue.
