GSA/SBA Express I noticed a billing on my bank account for $29.95 to GSA/SBA Express. Upon checking, I found 2 addtional billings Ripoff St George Utah
On January 5th, 2007, as I was downloading my bank account to Quicken, I noticed a billing for $29.95 to GSA/SBA Express,to my debit card. I had no knowledge of ever authorizing such a debit. I contacted the phone number shown an requested that I be removed from their membership. I then checked my bank account and found two additional billing for $29.95. I had no problem (hopefully) being removed from their membership, but I will check my account more carefully in the future. I don't recall ever authorizing debit card charges to this company, since I have no intention of applying for a grant or SBA loan.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Joseph. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Joseph had he cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer. I have located Joseph's account and see that he spoke with the customer service department today and his account was cancelled as he'd requested. The customer service phone number is 800-986-2640 and there is a representative available 24 hours/7 days a week, except during holidays.
