Well after 7 weeks now I am still waiting on a refund to be credited to my checking account... Every week I call to get an update on the progress of my refund but it is ALWAYS that they are filling out a customer adjustment request and I should have a refund within 3-4 days but guess what, tonight I got someone, Angela, and she must be the BIG BOSS because all of a sudden she had authorization to credit my account on her own without sending the request over to anyone else in a non-existent department like everyone else and she SWEARS my money will be in my account within' 3-4 days... These people are on my last living nerve... It's no longer about the money, it's about principal and their lying, scamming, steeling money from peoples accounts not once, but twice now...! I've already reported them for fraud to BB but they are about as helpful as these idiots employees.

I recieved the following email from their so called Customer service with their once again bogus customer service phone number to call for help but the email don't tell you it's the "Only automated" phone number... The following is their email to me... Dear Valued Customer: Thank you for your recent e-mail and we apologize for any inconvenience. Please respond with your full name, address, and zip code so that we can better locate your account. Upon receipt of this information, we can research further. If you require additional assistance or would like information regarding our products or services, please contact our Customer Service Center at 800-656-7379 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST Monday through Friday. We will be happy to assist you. Regards, GT Customer Service [email protected] (This is also a BOGUS email address)
