Guarantee Mechanical Services contacted us in January 2013 interested in our product.
Geoffrey Mc a Almon asked if we can send him the product to try for a big project he had with a rental apartment complex.
Product was sent without any charge, even the sample price, to give the opportunity to try before and looking for the business oportunity.
About two months ago, after many emails and phone calls to McAlmond, finally he respond that he no longer was working at the project, but the equipment was installed as per pictures that he sent.
We gave him the option to return the product or pay for it and he decided to ketp it and told to bill his company.
Since we sent the invoice did not hear back from him, he did not answer his phone, responded the emails and didn´t pay the pending balance.
It is not big the amount owned but definitely is not the correct way to handle, hiding is no the response.
We will follow up until we get our money and, in the meantime, spread the word so nobody hire this company.
