In 2008 the company terminated an employee for giving herself an unauthorized raise ....yes, she accessed her own payroll records and got away with it for months until a new person did payroll & happened to double check everything. At that point we terminated this young lady, Natasha, for her actions. Since then she has filed a complaint with everyone from the local labor board, to the Commission on Human Rights. All these Hearings & Appeals ended in the Spring of 2009 with 100% of the findings on the side of the Employer - us. Out of options and mad because she now was unable to collect unemployment insurance she turned to blogging on the internet to seek vengence. Guardian Angels HomeCare has a 100% Client Satisfaction Rating and has no such issues as reported by her in this blog. We are Credentialed by all major Insurance companies, and even voted Connecticut's BEST by the Connecticut Law Tribune. We have won many other Awards for Merit & Community Service and are a leading provider for quality in-home care of the elderly in our state. The blog written by Natasha L. was written in anger by a very young lady who has not moved on with her life & is focused on revenge for her termination. I trust anyone reading this would check other reputable and reliable sources for references on our company, including visiting our website: www.MyGuardianAngelsHomeCare.com to view reviews from the heads of various State Agencies we work for as well as private clients letters, or ask us for references as part of their due diligence in hiring a quality home care agency. Thank you for your time in reading this rebuttal. Patricia Huff Director Guardian Angels HomeCare, LLC Connecticut
