To all fellow persons that have been scammed by guardian financial. Let me tell you what ! Don't feel alone.
I got the same friendly phone call on April 01, 2004 telling me about the same thing. Wow! A $2000.00 master card credit card with no interest for 3 years. Too good to be true. Like a sucker I fell for it as well. They debited my checking account for $249.00 and PROMISED me a card within 25 business days.
Well here it is the last day of July and still NO card. I've called repeatedly and got the same ole', same ole' from one of their 3 phone reps, believe me, as many times as I've called there's only 3 people answering their phones, and every time it's please be patient sir your card is processed and in the mail. 25 days is what I was told now it's almost 90 to the exact day.
Guardian financial doesn't even exist. I wrote their so-called" headquarters in Champlain New York like I was told to do- 1 month ago might I add, and my so-called I'll hear from someone in 10 days has now been a month and still no response. These people are the scum of this already messed up planet and are robbing the American Citizen of their hard earned money for simply trying to build and establish more credit which everyone needs in this day and age.
I have filed a claim with our states attorney general and don't even know if I'll get my money back. If dont, then they might think they've gotten away with something, but may God have mercy on them, because He's the all seeing and all knowing one.
