I contacted this company to move my home goods and stuffs from Indianapolis, IN to Westborough, MA and their mover's agent provided me the quote of $1300 with all boxes with sizes identified to ship. Advance initial payment was supposed to be $354.02 from my card but later on I saw that in my bank statement they charged $74 extra without my knowledge.
After truck picked up the shipment on scheduled date I got an email asking for more money and my goods wouldn't be shipped to my new place unless I paid $1000 immediately and remaining $496.75 upon arrival. I had no option but to pay as I needed by belongings urgently. Most terrible phase comes next when after paying all the money they asked for and yet they haven't released my shipment. Over 1 month has passed since the truck picked up the shipment. Money is gone, items are almost gone with no clue when they will come as no one picks up the phone or responds emails.
This seems like a non-legit company! stay away from it, even if they offer to ship it for free. I have experienced the burnt by trusting this company.
