This Report is to Warn other Truckers and small business that load for these people. We have been loading for them for over two years and never had any problems with them. We booked a load going to new jersey paying pretty desent. Load was supoosed to load on a Thursday to deliver on Monday. We were unable to take load for mechanical issues on thursday advised the broker, he insisted we stay on the load to load Friday. We loaded Friday but due to Elog was unable to deliver Monday, so delivered Tuesday. Got to the location to get product off the truck. THE PRODUCT WAS NOT REJECTED WAS ACTUALLY TAKEN OFF. The Warehouse worker mentioned the product was reading that it was hot, and they checked the temp tale and it read that the refeer kept product cool the whole entire trip. The Warehouse worker even said that it was not a truck issue and they kept the product. The broker said he would put in a claim still wanting to blame it on the carrier. He suggested to get a download in which we did get one done. Both temp tale and download showed nothing wrong with the Refeer.

Yet our check got put on hold. We loaded another load with TQL after delivering that load. We inquired if our check would be put on hold because of the other claim and we were told No. A bunch of liers. Delivered that load on Time no issues with load no rejections. Yet our check got  put on hold for this other load. When contactiing the Claims dept no one knew nothing about the claim just pointed the fingers at one another and Said we will probably take a look at it on friday or tues  after mermorial holiday. Mind you, have been on hold since May 15, 2018 with no status on claim no answers. When asked why my other check got on hold if there is a claim in process for the other load with issues, they said they cannot release funds until the claim gets resolved becasue someone had to pay for the loss. I said what is the purpose of having insurance then she said we have to make sure that the product gets paid one way or another. So i asked if it is not a truck issue and my insurance refuses to pay does that mean we are not going to get paid for these loads and she said pretty much that is one of the options we can take. The customer wiped his hands, its not a truck issue so definetly not the carriers fault, but TQL isnt gonna pay for these things they will make you  pay and they say its on the contract. So Open up your eyes and Load AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!!!!!
