THIS CUSTOMER RECEIVED HER REFUND LONG AGO. She special ordered a guitar in May 2005. Dean did not have it in stock and recommended we place our order with them to assure we would get one on the next shipment. In June 2005 the customer agreed to allow us to charge her credit card and special order the guitar. We did receive numerous calls from the daughter and the mother about this guitar, they were desperate to get it, we advised them each time of the status for their order. The customer finally got tired of waiting for Dean to supply us with this guitar and cancelled the special order with us and we refunded their deposit. There was quite a bit of confusion between this customer and our store, the mom and daughter could not decide what to do, they wanted the guitar very much.
