Gulfstream Realty & Development Pre-construction investimate at infated appraisal Ripoff Cape Coral Florida
I signed a contract with Gulfstream Development for a home in Southwest Florida. At the time of the pre-construction (apprx 15 months ago) the appraisal came in at $465,000. The loan I have is for $390,000. The home is now complete and my loan has gone into the permanent phase. The best I was told that this house could sell for would be around $260,000. My situation is similar to the gentlemen from central california, who wrote an entry here. I have no choice but go into foreclosure as well. Isn't there something that can be done ?
