Hi All, From the postings I really can't guess who is telling the truth. Since this is a public forum all we can do is base decisions on what is presented... it makes it very difficult. I have my own ideas but nothing definitive to base it on. Meriel, if there are investigations and law suits then it would help of some information is presented. A court location and case number would help. To those making the claims of prior ownership of ideas, formats and graphics, if you have any documentation then it would help. Really, not to belittle the validity of each person's claim, this sounds like something that Judge Judy would do on her show. Don't they pay all judgements for the people that come on her show? good i am glad you got investors and that your doing so well. you can give me the money you owe me.and as for gumwerx go ahead and keep it. its tainted. we were going to start that company together based on our friendship. obviously you never really thought of me as your best friend like you said. i don't want any thing to do with starting a company with you any more. you never had any great business vision. i do want the things that you took that were mine and i want the money that you owe me. if your doing so well pay me the money you owe me.and give me my stuff back. this ain't about gumwerx. do what every you want with the name you stole it fair and square. i just want the money you owe me. and ALL my stuff back. you know what you took. and you know how much you owe me. so you goin to be a man and do the honarable thing. you know i did nothing but help you. so whats up? you going to be a loser and not do the right thing???

You obviously don't put much thought into reading and you obviously have your investors fooled or they're just as shady as you are. again...i could care less. NOT ONCE did I mention anything about you providing fraudulent services so why you're bringing that up is beyond me. Where fraud is concerned is all stated in my last statement which, if you would have actually read my statement, is in quotation marks. Like I said previously...if you would have put any thought into actually reading it, we don't want to have anything to do with you or your company. We're doing extremely well for ourselves and relocating to california at the end of this month since that's where most of our clients are and at least we have the satisfaction of knowing our business wasn't built on lies or investors. Meriel you obviously don't but much thought into your lengthy and untrue statements. The domain name was purchased under our registrar account and no other. The name was registered with the Texas Small Business Association by me and my investors. I don't understand how you can have any affiliation to it. The statement in your rebuttal poor man's copyright proves that I alone purchased the company because I had the money not you. Which leads the Texas State Law to honor me and my investors as sole owners? The company was founded by me and I went to get investors. I went and got funding. I went and rented office space. I started something I have been talking about for more then 6 years. You and other parties wanted to merge but you never meet the dead line and could bring nothing to the table that would make it worth my time. All you can do is keep bringing up things not relevant to this Company Fraud claim. I don't seem to have any customers complaining about me falsely advertising my services. The only thing you seem to be accomplishing with this is bringing me more business. I thank you for that. I alone have 4 more customers in the last two days cause of your false and arrogant statements for which you have no proof. I'm sorry you feel left out. This is all about you operating under the GUMWERX name which you did not create unethical business practices that include providing false information to your customers and your inherent betrayal of your bestfriend/business partner. I could care less about you being successful or not. As far as I'm concerned MORE POWER TO YOU. My whole point is how you stated on your site under the Career Opportunities "Founded in February 2004 by the merger of five different solutions providers..." that isn't true (I have gumwerx brainstorming sessions on paper with all 3 of our names on it dated January of 2004) because you were still working for SWI Media Services because Anthony got you the job there. You weren't even the one who purchased the domain name gumwerx.com it was your former employer Clint Nash of SWI Media Services who also renewed brycism.com for you and what did you do? You stole personal property and software, specifically Windows Server 2003 specifically named because you are using it to service your clients! We could care less about webhosting since that wasn't our premise of forming gumwerx. Gumwerx was formed to offer graphic art & web design, web development AND HOSTING which you have included as "easy money" per written brainstorming session. we also have tagline brainstorming sessions dated on paper which also state that gumwerx stands for Give Us Money Werx because we were all broke and thought we had a strong enough friendship to get a successful company going together until you betrayed all of us, and now taking the credit of our joint collaboration and making yourself come across as something different when you're nothing but a con artist. We have a poorman's copyright on the name itself & business marketing concepts so it doesn't matter whether or not you're using a logo or any of anthony's designs. all i want is for you to be honest and fess up to everything you've done to everyone and apologize. you did leave 800Hosting...you were fired on December 12, 2003 because we were all there when they told you on the phone not to come in. we don't don't want to be a part of a company owned and operated by someone so full of himself that he thinks WE want to be a part of HIS company. Obviously you're overcompensating for something because again...we could care less. we just want you to tell the truth for a change because all you do is lie. The statement stated by Anthony Young is nothing but hearsay. I clearly see that he takes full credit for something I've been doing for quiet sometime. I would agree that Anthony Young had only the idea for a suggestion of the company name and not the company's services. Being a graphic artist I doubt seriously that he had any idea of being a web hosting company. I am confused about this logo he claims to have created for the company. We use no company logo. Maybe he is mistaken? We don't understand how he ever operated under our company name as he isn't employed by us nor is he a consultant in any form. We can only attempt to understand what gain he might be trying to achieve other then publicity in a imaginary scandal fabricated by lies and hearsay. I'm sure that if there were any truth to these statements my company wouldn't be doing nearly as well as it is. We have record sales and nothing but compliments and testimonials praising our services and staff. I can only foresee they regret not taking my idea seriously and sit around sulking. They obviously need attention to draw business to the company I read that he started. I hope that their company takes off and soon so they can stop whining and bickering about not being apart of my success and vision. My investors and I apologize for this matter. ok so you say all this stuff about meriel what about me.....i thought of the name i thought of the tag line and i made the logo that you better not be using. you thought of nothing yourself. the company name was my selection and the logo was my creation the tag lines are my ideas.... deny it all you want you know the truth and you may not feel guilt for doing what you did but karma is a b***h that all i got to say. you got the name on the internet but you did not think of it and if you want to try and say you did we can go to court and we can hash it our there. cause you still owe me alot and you can deny it all you want. you know the truth and so do i and all the ppl that matter know the truth. you say that meriel is trying to slander you...its only slander when its not true.

bryce probeck has stolen personal property and my ideas for a company. i took him in to help him out and get on his feet. he stayed with me for three months and i gave him tasks and projects to do for the company that i was starting and he didn't complete these projects. he never helped out with rent or the bills and when i asked him to move out, he did move out and took items not belonging to him and he has avoided all contact with me cause he knows he was in the wrong. he has gone around offering all these things under the company that i was establishing and i can no longer operate under that name due to the fraudulent claims that are now being brought under the company. he has stolen the ideas for the company that i had, the name that i have thought up and the logo that i, as a graphic designer, created. i trusted him when he moved out to take what was his and he took property that wasn't and has stolen monies from me in the total of $2000 in rent, bills, food and such. i don't need sympathy or want it. i only want want what is rightfully mine in properties and money. if you come in to contact with him don't have any thing to do with him cause he will use you and take everything from you that he wants and leave you hanging in the wind. he never looked for a job even though i told him he needed to get one. when he told me he had interviews he would go to someones house and hide out for what the length of the interview would typically be and come home and say that things went well and that he should hear back from them. but never once did he go to an interview i discovered. now that he is not living here i heard that he is operating under my company name and offering people services that i offered. taking half up front an not delivering. so i stopped operating under that company name and have to re-establish myself and a new company. he promised to pay me back but when i tried to get the money he owed me he changed his number and tried to make it so i could not contact him. this man is one of the most dishonest and untrustworthy people i ever met and i regret ever letting him into my life and offering him as much help as i have. a vehicle was kept at his disposal to find a job and he breaks the A/C gives it back with no gas, when i always made sure that there was gas in it. the vehicle is returned in disrepair and disarray, with damages done to it. all in all it was a mistake for me to help him out.

Meriel is a former friend attempting to slander my company due to our falling out. She has found her attempts are all frivolous and ineffective. It would seem she would do anything to take credit for my company and its prosperity. My company thrives with customer satisfaction at a all time high. We are a website hosting and design company with substantial investors who pride themselves on affiliating they're investments with companies of good standing and excellent service. I assure all of you and any of my clients who might read this that the last thing I would ever do is attempt to compare myself with 800hosting. I do have my services located in a co-location environment but do not in any way use the rates of 800hosting. My price basis is that of one of my investors whom have a sister company to mine offering the Linux based hosting plans in parallel to my NT hosting plans. As a former unsatisfied employee of 800hosting, I am well aware of what they're services are and how they falsely advertise their companies abilities. They are not honest with their customers and when I was employed with them I personally saved 14 premium accounts from canceling their service. Once I parted with the company these customers soon after cancelled they're service and became investors. There after Gumwerx.com was realized by myself and no other. If Meriel could have contributed anything to the company I would have had a place for her. She's upset and personally scared by being rejected from any position in the company. I am sorry that Meriel Bautista has yet to achieve any goal in life and has a company that is floundering with failure. I wish her the best of luck with everything that she does.
