Guthy-Renker Credit Rip-Off! Demanded Cancellation of Order within 2-hours of Online Purchase - No Go. Charged My Card. Internet
I ordered a product online from Guthy-Renker and contacted the company later (2-hours later) to request a cancellation. I was told there was NO WAY to cancel it, the order had ALREADY been processed and I would have to accept the package, then send it back and I would receive my credit 30-days after that. This company is big, unethical and impervious.
