I paid Roger Neal for the real estate materials and right after that they just discconected all the phone lines and now I don't know what to do I'm tryinfg to get money back but so far I have been unsuccesfull.
If some body knows what to do please tell me so I can get money back, contact me by using the rebuttal box below if you have any helpfull information. I would like to nail down this guys at this company. I'm really mad at them.

Just wanted to let you know that I have received a credit from this company. I believe the problem is that there is a lack of communication and I think if you want to discuss an issue and have it resolved, you need to call and ask for Erik Kerr. I thought I had made my original complaint known to the company but due to miscommunication, I did not have it resolved until I spoke with Mr. Kerr.

I just wanted to let you and anyone else who has had an unsatisfactory dealing with Roger Neal's company that the BBB in Utah was recommended to me that I file a complaint with the Consumer Fraud department for them to look into the company.
