Just wanted to let you know that I have received a credit from this company. I believe the problem is that there is a lack of communication and I think if you want to discuss an issue and have it resolved, you need to call and ask for Erik Kerr. I thought I had made my original complaint known to the company but due to miscommunication, I did not have it resolved until I spoke with Mr. Kerr.

We appreciate the comments. However, the easiest and quickest way to resolve any issues is to contact us directly. We have attempted to contact Cheryl a number of times and will do so again, but she has not responded to us directly to help her resolve any issues. I just wanted to let you and anyone else who has had an unsatisfactory dealing with Roger Neal's company that the BBB in Utah was recommended to me that I file a complaint with the Consumer Fraud department for them to look into the company. You can download a report to fill out if you do a search for BBB, Utah, go to their website and you'll be directed to the right place.
