My mother has the triple reverse osmoses system from H2O to go and it works great....once a year they come out and change the filter's and even ran a line from it to the fridge/ice maker so we have cold and tasty ice. The people there are very professional and will even fix the dispenser's if asked without any issues or attitudes....So as far as that B.S. report of a complaint, because you were too much of a cheapa$$...maybe you should go to Walmart and get a britta filter, but I guarantee my water will still taste better...

First off, this person received and responded to a mailing and was informed, at the beginning of the conversation that we are a water treatment company and have nothing to do with their homeowners association.
In the summer when it's 100+ degrees our sales reps do wear shorts and a polo shirt with the company logo on it. Unprofessional? We think not.
As far as "taking apart" his livingroom, there was so much clutter in the house and on the table that there was no place to sit. So yes, we asked (and helped) clear 1/2 of the table and two chairs.
Our representatives job is to sell water treatment systems. Eric answered all of the customers questions and, as all good salespeople do, tried to anwer the objections as well. This customer mistook dissapoinment for "rudeness" when the sale was not made.
Do take a look at other sites like this one. I'm certain that you will see many more positive reports than negative. There's an old saying..."you can't please all the people all the time."
