Ha Ha Reptiles Reptile City Ordered Reptiles over 2 months ago, NEVER RECEIVED! Honey Grove Texas
Order multiple repitles from HaHa Reptiles, also known as Reptile City back in January 2018, paid by creditcard in full. Only recieved a only f the items (reptiles) from my order. Called the owner of business to advise, and He said they lost my original order and that they would get the rest of my order to me later that week. NEVER RECEIVED! So I called back two weeks later, again nothing but an appology and they would send me the rest of my order asap. NEVER RECEVIED! Called back two weeks later, same thing.... Called back in Febuary same thing NEVER RECEVIED my repatiles and again an appology and they said they would send thwm to me. NEVER RECEVIED, Called back March same thing, NEVER RECEVIED. Now its April 2017 still NEVER RECEVIED. Called back today 4/19/2018 Owner said He was busy and He would call me back, NO CALL and NO REPTILES...
Be very careful of this business, they were always very bad about displaying reptiles on their website (hahareptiles.com or reptilecity.com) and charging you for them many of them were actually "Not In Stock" . So they would send you part of your order and never call you or email you. They left it up to you to call them to find out way only half of your order was actually delivered.
But This time takes the cake. Not only are they up to the usual horrible business practices, but now they really won't send out what you paid for or even return your calls...
