Habitat for Humanity Robin Berndt, Betty Tomlinson, Tyler Hawkins They used me like a slave to build 5 homes Montrose, Colorado
I was selected to partner with Habitat for Humanity in December 2009 for a 0% interest mortgage.I was required to provide sweat equity by helping to build my home and 4 others.17 days before closing, as I was working on my window seals,Robin Berndt(executive director)came to me and said it was her job to plan the dedication ceremoney.I said I did not want fan fair as all my family is out of state.
She asked what church I attended,maybe she could ge the house blessed.I told her I was jewish and there was not a synagouge for 150 miles.She flipped and looked at me like I just had killed christ.The next day I was called off the job site and de-selected from the program.I wasn't sure if my religion was the reason until they gave me the official reason, a 100 dollar court fine from an erronious arrest.
When I received this announcement that I would be denied the home on the day I was supose to sign the closing documents,also along with this,Robin Berndt gave me the COMPLETE JEWISH BIBLE(messianic,not my faith)to add insult to injury it was a paperback.Later I found out she had orchestrated my demise ever since she found out I was Jewish.She committed perjury with sworn affidavits and even lied directly to the governors 9 special council for civil rights.
I have written proof of 2 specific lies that were the basis for being deselected.Even the word "deselection" has a racial overtone.I complained to all the agencies designed to help stop discrimination.DORA,Senator Ellen Roberts,Jimmy Carter,Labor and Agriculture,ACLU and even the anti-defamation league.No one cares,I was told that it would cost 2 million to win 100 thousand.So basically I was a jewish slave.And now I am homeless as some other family enjoys the home I built.
