So paying the DRE a couple of hundred dollars a year for a peice of papers saying License means you are a good honest business? The DRE monthly newspaper has over 250 LICENSED companies busted for illegal activities. The DRE is unconstitutional and basically full of it, who the hell is the DRE to state how much a business can charge which is what they do, if you get a DRE license they dictate the most ridiculous impossible guidlines and they are the biggest rip off next to the BBB. The DRE every year defrauds thousands of applicants for their license application money into the hundreds of dollars turns down half of them for the smallest reasons and gives NOTHING in return. Indictment by Sheriffs Department... BulS@@t.. the Sheriffs department has no jurisdiction over governing a commercial business licensing requirements and cannot and would not get involved in a business dispute. 1: You state Rental Listings are either Trash These companies show what the landlords make available they list them they do not build them, if the homes you are looking at are trash then you need to raise the price bracket you are looking in ... You Get What You Pay For! 2: They are Rented .... I suggest you call them the same day dated and not roll into the offices a week after they made the homes available.. You order Hot Food Today Don't Wait Until The Following Week To Eat It then complain its cold! 3: Straight out the newspaper.... Then you must be stating EVERYTHING in the Newspaper is TRASH & RENTED!!!! 4: You paid $185 then state run so you dont get screwed for $200 hmmm just like your posting YOU EXAGGERATE
