Are you interested in employment at Hader-Seitz? Please read this before you interview with Mrs. Lynn Werner.
There are at least 5 people who have either quit or have been forced out of this company. Mrs. Werner is by far the most ruthless-tyrannical manager that I've ever had the misfortune of working for. (look up the word tyrannical...Mrs.Werner picture will be next to the definition).
I entered this report under bullies because this is Lynn's management style. She will make the ladies that work for her cry, just because she enjoys tormenting people. Also guys....you had better be young and good looking to make it at this place. She likes to surround herself with employees that she can manipulate, bully and scare.
For example she has hired a 30 year old Engineering Manager that walks around cracking his knuckles and rubbing the stress out of his neck because she pushes him around like a play toy. Although he is in it for the money and a nice car, he soon will regret working for this woman after he has a heart attach before his 35th birthday!
I am so happy that we still have freedom of speech and I thank Ripoff report for making it possible to report companies that are being managed by people that should be jailed for the abuse they hand out on a dailly basis.
