I bought cable bites, which protect your cable and phone when charging. I did not realize that the different kinds if phone cables where different. They sent me cable bites for the I-phones, which do not work for the android phone. They did not ask me which ones I needed. I did not realize I was ordering from China, it never said they would be coming from China. I have tried to contact them through their email with no luck. It does not work. I tried to call their phone, which also is not working. I bought 12 of these so that I could give them as presents.

They finally contacted me. They returned some of the money and said I could sell the product I have.
