Haines and Krieger law firm went in for a loan modification Las Vegas Nevada
I called them because my mortgage company is improperly servicing my mortgage and my loan modification I made appointment to see George Krieger for 1:00 p.m. I show up 10 minutes early I was told they would be out in just a minute I'm sitting there waiting for half an hour and some other legal in turn comes out and says that she is going to be the one taking care of my case I explained to her my prom with My mortgage company and she told me the only way I could get up a modification was to file chapter 13 bankruptcy I told her I didn't want to file bankruptcy I wanted to fix the problems that my servicer is causing By not service I my loan modification in the 45 days allotted by the federal government She then proceeds soon for me that were other lawyers mate might take a case like that chapter 13 is the only thing that they're willing to do to get a loan modification for me I promptly thanked her and left this company is a scam artist they only want to do bankruptcies and everything is solved with a bankruptcy in their mind I have good credit and I'm not gonna mess up my credit because they don't want to provide the service that they advertise that they provide
