Haines & Krieger attorneys at law I have been dealin with this law firm for over a year plus, too find out they are full of crap, and i have never had a sit down with an attorneys. Its always some young paralegal that dont want they ar you qualify for the Obama remodification Program, words from three difference people in that office. Internet
Haines & Krieger is the biggest ripoff scam in nevada, they take your money, promise too help save your home, string you on for over a year plus, have you paying thousands of dollars for bk13, and mod, which they call the combo package, knowing they are only planning to do your bk & not you mod. They keep requesting docs, and then they lose them, so you have to do it all over again, what is the point of filing bk and still lose your home, but stuck paying them for three years on a bk13, and if you dont pay they will reverse your bk13, please tell me how can they get away with this. Mervin told me donr worry we will get your home mod for you. i came home from work to a voicemail, from Ms. Shelby say sorry but Indymac wont do your mod, so your on your on, thats what i have gotten after dealing with them over a year plus, heartache, heartbreak, sleepless nights, and checking to see it paperwork has been taped too my door stating get out.
