I have to say, I have been going to this particual Hair Cuttery for years. There is a Japananese woman who's been there forever, how, I don't know, she's a real B?$*#. I had an reaction to some medications so some of my face was red, she refused to see me, so yeh, I know some of their employees are rude. However, the towel on your shoulders, etc. that's the way they all do it now. They only place a towel on your head when it's color treated, etc. the washer girl rings your hair out and leaves the towel on your shoulders. that's in case the cutter wants to towel dry your hair some more. That's why they put a apron on you. Hate to tell you, it does not matter what day of the week, what day of the year, etc. you go there, they are always backed up. And your right, not once have I been told 10 to 20 minutes and been seen before an hour, I get used to it. Now, the problem I have with all this, First $14 is for a hair cut, no drying, no styling, etc. For long hair, they add $7 and additional charges for washing, drying, etc. It's on their big sign. If they were rude and you didn't like waiting, then why did you wait? If you didn't like the outcome, then why didn't you demand they finish what they started? They always ask, "Is this OK?" And why did you pay $30 if you felt your hair was "frizzy", not completely dried, etc? I don't understand.
