Complaint Review: Hair Diva's Distributor - San Leandro California

I purchased some hair from this establishment and it was some crap. I was about to write a review and I came accross this report. I spent almost $600.00 on some hair and it tangled up after a week so bad I had to cut it out. I called the owner Anne Davis and she pretty much dismissed me saying her hair is good she travled to India and did her research. The bottom line is  am out of $600.00 and I am pissed. I went to a local beauty supply and purchsed some hair for $100 and I am happy. I think I beleive the person who wrote this report not Anee Davis

I came there several times to get my hair done by Mourice he is an excellent stylist. And I can't wait to follow him to his next Salon.

I am close to both parties involed and this is a matter of people acting on emotions. Unfortunantly you can't remove a report once it is on here. No one thinks before they react. The issue has been reolved. this was a family matter that got out of control. I wish Anne Davis the best in her business. No one ripped off no one. This is a clear example of not thinking before you do something. And should have been handled off the internet.

Yes Anne Davis. Loyal youre not professional u are not. Lets not forget how u accused me of stealing hair. That I got fired when we both know I quit. Take responsibility for your part and hiw this startrd. I helped u when others wouldnt I was gone take this report off but after thinking about it I choose not to. I will proceed with my suit against you and pressing charges for opening my mail. I dont care what your friends say nor about any feelings.  You are not an Aunt of mine we are not family. Its about business and doors I opened for myself I got me in this industry not u.

Not only is this statement an outright "Lie!!" but I'm disgusted that you would make false statements about me and my business. You are my sister's child and I have taken care of you all your life and you sound ridicules to all who knows the truth. Let’s stick to the facts:

#1 We had a verbal agreement that you would work 2 days a week and every other Saturday to build clientele for Hair Diva's Distributor business as well as for yourself. Instead you chose to use my business internet to look for other jobs & other unrelated job actives. As a result of your actions, this agreement was no longer valid by the 3^rd week.

#2 While you were contracted by Hair Diva's Distributor as an Stylist, you have never obtained a clientele of your own. Each & every client was recruited in by Hair Diva's the business not by your own accord. You were given the tools at company expense to recruit and you choose to nothing with them for two years.

#3 Your major client, once again "False statement", you do not own any clients and Hair Diva's Distributor does not have any major clients. All our customers and clients are treated equally with respect & integrity.

#4 The tablet was purchased by my girlfriend for the assistance of my business, not for your personal use, I did not have to give that to you Mourice but I chose still after you slandered my name & business on Facebook.

#5 You were given instructions Saturday Nov 9 to pick up your things on Tue Nov 12, 2013. But instead you chose to go on Facebook and slandered my name with false statement hours after our agreement. Those false statements cost you the $200.00 severance pay I intended to give you for  my mental distress you caused me. The balance of your items were returned to you by your brother and after that you decided to further with your lies.

I have done nothing but provide for my sister and her children and for her to direct you to do something like this is hateful and disgusting. There is an TV Commercials airing right this minute with you in it, showcasing your talents as an stylist. I have not seen one bay area stylist doing this, and I did this for you FREE of charge. I see you failed to mention this in your RIPOFF report. or how much it cost me. When you needed a car, I provided it, when you needed a bill paid I provided that, I paid for classes, I paid for supplies, you used high-end tools and I paid for those too. I kept money in your pocket for two years by having you contracted here even when you were not the best. i also paid personal sacrifices when it came to that as well. You & your silbings received countless Christmas gifts without exchanging with your cousins. I could go on & on.....

In return you wish I died from the stroke a suffered last year on Facebook along with other disgusting statements.

I'm sorry that your outrage couldn't be patient for two days to resolve this. You choose to make false statements on a permanent website with the advisement from your mother. As hurt as I am behind this, I will never help, advice or assist you guys again. You guys have deep grounded hurt in your lives to want to destroy mines.

I have more integrity and loyalty then anybody you know. I give unselfishly and love unconditionally. How dare you attempt to destroy me, this attempt is disgusting and may God continue to work on your troubled soul.

Based on the intergity of Ms anne davis she would never Rip anyone off or do that kind of business.

It,s to my knowledge that this is her nephew making a bitter statement. She has

been nuthing but good and fair to this man, so  It makes no sense for him to say these things.
